No More Excuses

Alright, the time has come to get back on track.  I can’t use having company or Thanksgiving as an excuse anymore.  I will only spend a few minutes catching up on reading some blogs and then I will change into my workout clothes.  After taking a break from my routine it is always difficult to get in the right frame of mind to exercise again.
Wish me luck getting back into the swing of it again.

  1. I think once you get back into the routine it will become easier. I know last winter I was going strong and then went to DC for a week. My exercise routine after that went totally downhill. Make time for you!

  2. You will do great! I just started weight watchers again. After having the baby and everything, it was easy to put it off another week. But, I decided to do my own Christmas present and enroll again! I worked so hard to lose the weight the first time and can do it again! I am still so impressed with your previous dedication! Keep going strong!

  3. I just need to exercise. Good for you and your continued motivation. You've got three 1/2 weeks before Christmas break and all those barriers to running...so go to it!!!

  4. I hope that you have been having more success now that Thanksgiving is over. I do know that you probably are having an even busier time with this next holiday coming up. Don't give up, keep plugging away. I have even started walking in the COLD. We have a track near our house and when I have someone to babysit (grandparents are wonderful) I try to force myself to do at least 30 minutes. I know I will have to go inside to the Mall soon, but I am going to try and put me a little higher on the priority board. Keep plugging away! You can do it!

  5. Keep at it Colleen.I am impressed with your motivation. This will be a Christmas present to yourself. I am really having trouble getting to the gym - I have been x-c skiing - but I'm not working up the sweat that I would if I were at the gym. Go girl!
